This 3rd European conference on Gastronomy will cover social, economic, psychological, medical, cultural and political dimension of food, meals and eating, as well as aspects of art and design linked to culinary experiences. The ambition is to lay a solid foundation for collaboration in areas of strategic importance, to be discussed in future international gastronomy conferences.
During the Conference there will not only be talk about food and gastronomy – food will be enjoyed where the Swedish County Meals and Swedish fika-culture will be the common thread during the conference meals.
Dr. Marco Pasi, head of the HHP centre, will present a paper on esotericism and food.
